Privacy Policy

We only collect the absolute minimum data necessary to provide the AI communication generation features of the Extension. When you use the Extension, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you log in via Google Auth, we collect your email address and basic profile information necessary for authentication.
• User Input and Contextual Data: To generate smart replies, the Extension reads the immediate context of the chat you are currently viewing (e.g., on WhatsApp Web, LinkedIn, or Slack) and the text you explicitly provide as an instruction. This data is processed transiently and is not stored permanently.
• User Settings & Preferences: Information regarding your selected AI tone, language preferences, custom AI experts, and saved "Digital Brain" business contexts.
• Usage Data: Anonymous telemetry regarding how often the extension is used to generate replies, for the purpose of rate-limiting, bug fixing, and quota management.

The data we collect is handled strictly to provide and improve the Extension's core functionality. We use your data to:

• Provide Core Features: To process your chat context and generate relevant AI responses, summaries, and suggestions in real-time.
• Personalize Responses: To inject your saved "Digital Brain" business context into AI prompts to generate highly personalized and accurate replies.
• Manage Accounts & Quotas: To authenticate your session and ensure you stay within your free or premium usage limits.
• Improve the Service: To track successful conversions and feature usage in an aggregated, anonymized format to improve the product. We do not use your personal conversations to train global AI models or for advertising purposes.

We are committed to securing your data through industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS 1.3).

• Local Storage: Your settings, recent chat contexts, usage counters, and cached AI responses are stored locally within your browser using secure Chrome Extension APIs. Temporary data used for context window processing is wiped immediately after the response is generated.
• Cloud Storage: Your user account, subscription status, usage logs, and custom "Digital Brain" contexts are stored securely in our encrypted database hosted by Supabase. We utilize row-level security (RLS) ensuring that your data is only accessible to your authenticated user account.
• Data Retention: We retain your account information and saved business contexts only for as long as your account is active. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with trusted third parties strictly necessary for the operation of the Extension:

• AI Service Providers: To generate responses, your immediate chat context, instructions, and relevant business context are securely transmitted over encrypted APIs to our backend and subsequently to our AI partners (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). These providers process the data entirely ephemerally and are strictly prohibited by their API terms of service from using your data to train their fundamental models.
• Authentication & Infrastructure: We use Supabase to securely handle user authentication, database storage, and edge functions.
• Compliance with Laws: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
